“Counted” is votes for Governor in each county, from the counties' and the Secretary of State's unofficial results. The state's results data doesn't include a count of ballots cast, and nearly every voter marks the Governor's race, so this tracks ballots counted closely but runs a little under it. It counts ballots that have been tabulated, not ballots received: early ballots dropped off on Election Day are often counted days later.

2022 totals: votes for Governor in the Nov. 8, 2022 general, from the Secretary of State's results (write-ins not included). A county can pass 100% if more people vote than in 2022.
