Copper State Count

Ballot propositions

Eight statewide measures are on the ballot, as listed in the Secretary of State's 2026 ballot measure information. The Legislature referred all eight; no citizen initiatives qualified. Each passes with a simple majority of votes cast on it.

Summaries are our own neutral, plain-English versions of the official ballot language. The state's publicity pamphlet (en español) has the full text, the Legislative Council's analysis and every argument for and against.
