Constitutional amendment · Referred by the Legislature (HCR 2044 (2026))

A Yes vote: Amends the Constitution to bar government entities, including public schools, from granting preferential treatment to, or discriminating against, anyone based on race or ethnicity.
A No vote: No new constitutional provision; current law stays in place.
